Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how deposits, cancellations, and refunds work for our virtual CPR certification classes, CPR kits, and small business preparedness toolkit.
Class Deposits
The $50 deposit required to reserve a spot in a certification class is non-refundable once paid, whether you attend the class, reschedule, or cancel your enrollment.
Digital Products & Toolkit
Because the small business preparedness toolkit and other digital materials are delivered instantly upon purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Defective or Broken CPR Kits
We only issue refunds or replacements for CPR kits that arrive defective or broken. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description or photo of the issue, and we will replace the item or refund your purchase.
Duplicate Charges & Access Issues
If you were charged more than once for the same order, or you are unable to access a class or digital product you purchased, contact us and we will investigate and issue a refund or restore access as appropriate.
Class Cancellations by Us
If we cancel a scheduled class, you may reschedule to another upcoming date at no additional cost, or request a full refund of your deposit.
